INSTRUCTORS

 

The English Adventures team is made up of native English teachers, with extensive experience teaching young people, from summer camps to teaching English at public schools in the community of Madrid, and monitors who are bilingual in Spanish-English and certified in Leisure and Free Time, also with extensive experience.

Lindsay Brown

-TEFL certified (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).
-English as a second language teacher of primary and secondary levels at various schools in Madrid.
-Teacher/monitor at English camps (GMR and Canterbury English).

 

Sara  Wilson
-Graduate of the University of Washington.
-TEFL certified (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).
-TEFL teacher in various countries, among them Spain, during several years and specializing in teaching children.
-Children’s English TEFL programme teacher for Canterbury English. Obtained the Canterbury English “Teacher of the Year” award in 2008.
-Teacher and coordinator for English camps for children and adolescents (GMR and Canterbury English). Course instructor for English camp teacher training in Madrid.

 

Carlos Rocha
-TEFL certified from the University of Texas.
-Certificate of elementary and advanced level English. Official School of Languages, Alcalá de Henares.
-TEFL teacher for more than twenty years, in different schools and camps in the Community of Madrid.
